Quit Smoking Tips

Did you ever wonder how your body would recover after you quit smoking? When would certain damages start to repair and when would certain risks like the risk of heart disease start declining?

I stumbled upon this very informative website called Quit Smoking Timeline which explains all the elements of the recovery on a timeline along with the savings you will pocket in your wallet.

It is actually very encouraging to current smokers because many of the damaged organs can recover and many of the higher risk due to smoking can drop back to normal.

If you are a smoker then really think about it. And if your loved one is a smoker tell them about all the benefits and how much you would appreciate him or her quitting (but don’t force them as it may have the opposite effect).
