Try to exercise 2-3 times a week. It distracts you from eating and after exercising you will be less hungry.

Do not forget to keep you diet balanced despite reduced-calories. Balanced means, that your diet consists of vitamin-rich fruits, vegetables, dairy products and other fiber-rich foods. Stay away from “dead” calories without nutritional value.

Try to eat as little or nothing at night. You will see how well you feel the next morning. Your stomach will feel flatter and you will be ready for a hearty breakfast.

Be aware of drinks with calories. Stay away from all non-diet sodas. Drink water – preferably 12-15 cups per day. Water also reduces your appetite and flushes out the toxins from your body.

Stop taking elevators and escalators! Just take the stairs!
