<p>Be aware of drinks with calories. Stay away from all non-diet sodas. Drink water &#8211; preferably 12-15 cups per day. Water also reduces your appetite and flushes out the toxins from your body.</p>
<p>Stop taking elevators and escalators! Just take the stairs!</p>
